Williams provides courier transportation of sealed, client-prepared blood-work packages between approved business facilities. The service does not perform blood draws, specimen collection, laboratory testing, or patient care.

Agree handling before the mission
The sending facility determines classification, packaging, temperature requirements, and any permitted transport time. Dispatch confirms the assignment can meet the agreed instructions. Clinical and specimen-identifying information stays in the facility’s approved custody and communication system.
